Delivery of my parcel

As soon as we receive the full payment for the order, we deal with it in the next 24 hours (except on Sundays and during public holiday).

Every parcel is sent in a “BPack Secur” via BPost. When it is dispatched, the tracking number of your parcel will be communicated. This will enable you to track your parcel on the BPost website: click here

Your parcel will delivered by the postman at the address mentioned in your order during the next working day (depending on BPost).

The delivery is carried out during working hours. Please make sure that there is someone at the address you gave us. If you are absent when your parcel is delivered, a notice will be left saying in which post office your package will be stocked for 14 days. After these 14 days the Schyns Jewellers will get your parcel back. A second delivery can be organized in exchange for the payment of the expenses caused.

Your parcel is ensured until 500€ (in case of loss or damage).

The person who receives the parcel has to sign a receipt to assert the delivery of the parcel. The signature can be consulted online.
