Damage / Return

My parcel is damaged?

We take particular care to wrap your order properly, but the parcel might sometimes be damaged during the transport of your parcel. Of course, you do not have to pay for this. HERE IS THE PROCEDURE IN CASE OF DAMAGE OF YOUR PARCEL.

First of all note reserves on the dispatch note the transporter gave you. This is highly important since we will not be able to stand for you at the transporter if you do not keep the dispatch note.

Test your product to check if it works properly. If this is not the case, you need to contact us within the 7 days following the reception of your order. We will then convey you a return number, which you need to write on the parcel, which you will send us back and which contains the damaged product as well as the copy of the order note and dispatch note. 

Satisfaction or your money back?

You trust us and we thank you for this! However, your piece of jewel might not correspond to what you expected …

In this case, you have the possibility and the right of sending it back to us within the 30 days after the day of delivery. You can choose to exchange your jewel or to get the money back (except the sending costs).

The only exception will be for tailor-made and personalized jewels, and of course for damaged, incomplete or already-worn pieces …
